Now That We’ve Recognised our SELF & Lower Mind…
From recognition, we now enter observation. Let us gently observe our thoughts.
To observe the mind, gently pause and ask:
“What am I thinking right now?”
“Does this thought create discomfort?”
“Where did it arise from?”
“Is it rooted in my expectations?”
We don’t force anything to change; we simply see it as it is.
If the discomfort stems from expectation, we must look deeper and understand the reality beneath the thought.
