Now That We’ve Recognised our SELF, Higher Mind & Lower Mind…

From recognition, we now enter observation. Let us gently observe our thoughts.

To observe the mind, gently pause and ask:

“What am I thinking right now?”
“Does this thought create discomfort?”
“Where did it arise from?”
“Is it rooted in my expectations?”

Observation is like watching clouds drift by ...


We don’t force anything to change; we simply see it as it is.

If the discomfort stems from expectation, we must look deeper and understand the reality beneath the thought.
